Before SIS built for federal agencies, it supplied them. Purchase orders for hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings, pipe and hardware from the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Army TACOM, Rock Island Arsenal, the Air Force and Corps districts built the procurement relationships SIS still relies on.
